    Nice atmosphere, quite expensive

It was my second time trying out the prosecco deal. I was disappointed on this occasion. I ordered the soup followed by the fish of the day. The soup was lukewarm and the portion very small. The main of hake with chorizo and chickpeas was also on the small size. There was no bread so I was still feeling a bit hungry after the main. I paid the supplement for the cheese board. One of the cheeses was inedible. Staff are very pleasant but it’s not free flowing prosecco if you have to keep reminding them that your glass is empty. The food was certainly not worth £39 so I’d say the deal is only worthwhile if you are given a top up when you want it during the 1.5 hours.

A lovely place in central London where enjoying very good wine and also good food. The live music was great, perfect to complete the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I think this place it's a rare, little treasure.

Great food and even better wine! Non-pretentious, but high quality.

The wine and food were excellent. We got wine recommendations for two different bottles from the waiter, and asked him to select us some cheese and meat to go with it. He was fantastic and very understanding of our desire to relax and not make any choices :) Everything we had was delicious. The place is also very beautiful, and the wine glasses and plates were extraordinary. Overall, a fantastic experience.

We loved Humble Grape in Islington. It has a wonderful warm atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, delicious food and the most incredibly divine and extensive wine list. All of this has been on our doorstep and we didn’t know! We will be regulars from now on!
