We received a warm and friendly welcome to this attractive (and cool on a hot day!) restaurant. The table was well placed for us to catch up on all our news a little away from other tables and we enjoyed non-stop Prosecco and delicious food with lovely service. Perfect lunch, thank you. Starter of grilled squid was subtly spiced; main of duck perfectly cooked; puddings of warm and nutty brownie with vanilla ice cream and raspberry parfait were indeed perfect; sweet and fruity parfait, nutty and chocolatey brownie perfectly partnered with cool ice cream. We had a wonderful time.

Loved the atmosphere, food was great, apart from one menu change, chicken dish was replaced by duck. Prosecco was definitely free flowing, our waiter, Dean gave us excellent service. It was my birthday and I was given some lovely little chocolate things, with a candle...lol... will definately return to dine again.

A great find - though it's tucked away- which is part of it's charm. The staff are so friendly and helpful from the minute you step inside. The free-flowing Prosecco really was just that and very good it was too. The food was delicious and the whole dining experience was a pleasure. I will definitely return and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent food. Slightly slow service to start with but then it picked up. Couldn't quite take advantage of the wine due to being 8months pregnant but have it under good authority that it was tasty.
