Delicious food, fantastic service. Venue was a bit quiet but we had a lovely evening here with a view over the Thames, delicious food and a very friendly helpful waiter.

Excellent restaurant with great service, and fabulous food, all perfectly presented and wonderfully produced. We had the three course set dinner menu which was fantastic and a great balance of tastes, and a bargain price too!

Always excellent value pre theatre dining and very good service. Dine here at least twice a year before shows at the National.

Menu too complicated. I struggled to find something Icactually wanted to eat

Very attentive, friendly staff, pre theatre booking. Crab portion a little small for the price. Lamb beautifully cooked.

Fantastic service, very efficient and speedy (always a worry going for a pre theatre menu!) and the food was beautifully presented, and tasted delicious

Small but excellent menu - very vegetarian friendly - and good ‘wine by the glass’ options. I’d eat here even if not going to the NT!

Style over Substance:Really disappointing & bad value. Service in restaurant was reasonably good but as we were only ones in for a large proportion it should be!
The tea was made from tea bags whch was unexpected & poor - tasted more like chamomile:(
Tea was only two tiny sandwiches one of which had humous& green beans on it -most bizarre i thought; the tiniest scone (make a circle of a thumb & index finger...)an equally tiny fairy cake & a weird tomato and spinach danish pastry thing....dressed up with candy floss and look oops for a panto theme...all very style over substance.
