Mainly good food, disappointed with cheese plate for a high end French style bistro. Service very attentive however they were confused about the offer that had been booked. Good value for money but, for reasons I can't quite put my finger on, we're unlikely to return. Would have been disappointed to have paid a la carte prices

It's a bistro! So quite dark and waiters are dressed casually. The b3gtarian options are pedestrian and they got the bill wrong!

Staff were friendly enough and the restaurant is nice however we had to wait an hour for main dish to arrive. Had to pay 1.60 for soda water, ridiculous. No complimentary bread, has to pay for vergerables with the cottage pie, again ridiculous. All in all it was ok but won’t go back nor recommend :(

We have been to your restaurant a number of times and always found the service very professional. However we visited on Saturday night for dinner and although the restaurant staff we very attentive and professional your bar staff we unorganised, unhelpful and very unprofessional. . We waited 45 minutes for our drinks after ordering them, when I went to check to see what had happened they said they had forgotten!! I waited a further 15 minutes for them to arrive!! we then went in for our meal which as usual was very good . After our meal we went back to the bar for a drink. I went to the bar to pay for the drinks and although there wasn’t another customer at the bar , the two Batman stood behind the bar talking to each other and totally ignored me !! The service was substandard and now what I would expect from your company. I suggest you change either your bar staff or bar manager as it’s obvious that that part of your business is poorly run.

I had booked the star deal of £18.95 for 2 courses plus a glass of Prosecco, for myself and my 3 friends. On arrival we were only given the A La carte Menu, which did not include the Star Deal. I then had to ask for that specific menu. this did not show the Complimentary glass of Prosecco, so I had to then also ask for that.
I do feel that we should not have had to ask for either of these, the staff should be made aware of this beforehand to provide a seamless professional experience.
