The third London restaurant from award-winning chef Mark Hix, designed by Sir Terence Conran, Hix Restaurant and Champagne Bar in Selfridges on Oxford Street serves a wide range of British and European classics.
Located on Selfridges' mezzanine floor, the restaurant and crustacean bar will serve brunch from 09:30 with dishes such as Eggs Benedict or De Beauvoir and Granola with summer berries and yoghurt. Hearty specialities to suit weary shoppers include Grilled Dorset Blue lobster with garlic butter and chips, Fillet of sea trout with runner beans and girolles and Ground rib steak burger, all served throughout the day. Meanwhile, the Champagne Bar will offer a selection of smaller dishes such as Grilled chorizo with romesco sauce, and Maldon rock oysters.
