Mark Hix’s first solo venture, HIX Oyster & Chop House has been serving the best of British seasonal food, steaks and chops for over 10 years.
The wooden floors and tiled walls create a laid-back room in the heart of historic Smithfield, where menus are packed with responsibly produced, carefully sourced seasonal British ingredients. Wild and foraged ingredients are also key, as is the provenance of the meat on the menu, with the Glenarm Estate beef sold exclusively to Mark.
Indulge in oysters from the British Isles during Oyster Happy Hour Sunday to Friday 4-7PM and 12-7 on Saturdays, or bring your own wine and pay no corkage on Sundays from 5PM and all day on Mondays.
