We had our Christmas Party at The Hilton Glasgow, It was a George Bowie GBX night. The party was fabulous and every single person who attended from our work already wants to book again for next year. We had 3 tables during this event, however someone from a different table had overindulged and became very sick at the table resulting some of our table being unable to eat their meal due to the being face on with the other party. The quality of the food couldn't be faulted and the food service was exceptional. Bar service was very slow but this is to be expected at such a popular event.

Staff could not have been more helpful in accommodating our assorted dietary needs. Sandwiches were plentiful and tasty; the cakes selection amazing. The atmosphere was really relaxed and we had a lovely time.

We had afternoon tea in the Ti tea lounge. The service was very good and the selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones was also very good. Plenty of pots of tea supplied when asked for refills. Good overall experience.

Very poor (the worst I have had). For £17.50 I wouldn't expect the same as I have at the Balmoral in Edinburgh for £36 or the Signet Lounge for £25 (bearing in mind the latter is only £7.50 more than you), however: - the sandwiches were very plain/poor quality - the cakes were clearly bought in from a low end provider and were similar to those that my colleagues buy from the express supermarket - related to the above, the scones weren't warm and tasted as if they were baked two days before - the pancakes weren't cooked in the middle - my friend has a gluten/dairy allergy intolerance. She had a very underwhelming selection (she had a small pot of fruit and a scoop of sorbet for her sweet choices). Compared to what we get elsewhere for her it was poor (she had no cakes, no pancake and no scone) - the only choices of hot drinks given to us was tea and coffee. There was no range of teas - when I booked it I selected the Ti Ti lounge but it looked as if we were in some sort of restaurant/cafe

food was very tasty, although service was quite slow all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. there was plenty of cakes, would be better if there was a few less cakes and a couple more sandwiches. we were not offered anymore tea which was disappointing.

Hi, Not much atmosphere in the restaurant considering it was New Years Day. Felt the salad dishes could have been in smaller dishes, then filled up when necessary, overall the hot dishes were not very hot ! Food was well presented though.
