I dined at this restaurant about 10 months ago and it was absolutely fantastic! However, I was disappointed by the decline in food quality this time. The sea bass had a few bones still in it. The flatbread appetizer was over cooked and the mushrooms on top had dried out. The duck salad was also less refined than the last time I had it. There were large chunks of most of the ingredients instead of the smaller more manageable bites. Overall, I would say the meal was lacking in refinement that was evident in the first visit to this establishment.

The food was terrible , we sent our mains back 3 times rice cold undercooked , COD was soggy tasteless, I never ever complain about food in restaurants but this was not acceptable and the price is really expensive for what it is. The chicken contained about two small bites of chicken breast , I don’t mind spending money if food is good. Very very very disappointing although the manager gave us free deserts and was very apologetic it’s about the quoting of food , so it out a damper on our eve we had booked restaurant I. Advance but felt like I had been ripped off

Booked back in October, a Christmas lunch in December for 8 people. After asking for confirmation the day before, I was advised that the Festive menu would not available for groups of 6 or more. Apparently the rules changed in November, but nobody thought to tell the guests. Eventually, the manager agreed he would serve my party the Festive menu, but when we turned up, we found the festive menu didn’t include anything festive!! No traditional roast turkey/pigs in blankets/stuffing/Xmas pud, etc. We would have expected Xmas crackers and similarly themed Devore, etc. but nothing. Very odd.

Restaurant itself is easy to get to but we weren't make very welcoming, there was no smile or hello when we walked in. I think in a restaurant the receptionist is very important. But our waitress was very nice. A little disappointed with the food though.

Overall dinning experience was lovely, food, service and our waiter Jay was lovely and nothing was too much, it was a surprise for our children's 16th and 18th birthdays and they thoroughly enjoyed there experience and happy birthday plates with ice-cream, a lovely touch. However I do have to say my sons side order dish was missed when serving our mains, we waiting patiently thinking it will follow, however it didn't so I then asked a waiter and it was bought over after 5 mins, still a long time to wait I think, when already being served mains, by this time my son had nearly finished his main course, so this was every disappointing as this was a special treat for him as he is a big Gordon Ramsey fan, so we were saddened that he saw this service at his first experience at the Ramsey restaurants. Another point is that the table we were sat at was by some closed windows and doors but there were some terrible drafts, to the point that my daughters had to sit covering their legs with our jackets and wearing their own to keep warm, this was not ideal as I say it was a special celebration of 2 special birthdays and overall I don't feel we got our monies worth, we travelled from the west midlands especially for this restaurant and stay in London and i'm disappointment our family didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped and anticipated, overall an expensive treat stay in London, just wish the restaurant had met all standards for us also.
