Restaurant itself is easy to get to but we weren't make very welcoming, there was no smile or hello when we walked in. I think in a restaurant the receptionist is very important. But our waitress was very nice. A little disappointed with the food though.

Overall dinning experience was lovely, food, service and our waiter Jay was lovely and nothing was too much, it was a surprise for our children's 16th and 18th birthdays and they thoroughly enjoyed there experience and happy birthday plates with ice-cream, a lovely touch. However I do have to say my sons side order dish was missed when serving our mains, we waiting patiently thinking it will follow, however it didn't so I then asked a waiter and it was bought over after 5 mins, still a long time to wait I think, when already being served mains, by this time my son had nearly finished his main course, so this was every disappointing as this was a special treat for him as he is a big Gordon Ramsey fan, so we were saddened that he saw this service at his first experience at the Ramsey restaurants. Another point is that the table we were sat at was by some closed windows and doors but there were some terrible drafts, to the point that my daughters had to sit covering their legs with our jackets and wearing their own to keep warm, this was not ideal as I say it was a special celebration of 2 special birthdays and overall I don't feel we got our monies worth, we travelled from the west midlands especially for this restaurant and stay in London and i'm disappointment our family didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped and anticipated, overall an expensive treat stay in London, just wish the restaurant had met all standards for us also.

Fantastic last minute booking. Highly recommend the Pork Belly and the Rid Eye Steak, best meal for a long time.

It was good, good location, good simple food, the atmosphere was lively due to the music. But they somehow managed to make it so that you could actually have a conversation.

The restaurant is lovely and so were the staff. All very attentive and the service was quick, food was also very delicious! The only downside was the fact we had pre-paid for a set menu and upon reaching the table we're being offered what we thought were complimentary things such as water and bread. I understand it's our fault for not asking but it was never mentioned to us especially when I made it clear upon arrival I did not want to stray away from the price since everything was planned. Came out with an additional £46 on top (part of which was the wine we requested at £26) but water and bread was way too overpriced for what it was.
