Headed by a range of door wedge-thick ‘large cuts’ ordered by desired weight (and ideal for sharing), the Hawksmoor menu also offers premium steak cuts, fresh fish and an array of luxury sides. Along with prime meat cuts from small British farms, enjoy indulgences like potted beef with bacon and Yorkshires, or roast scallops with tarragon & garlic. Must-try puddings include peanut butter shortbread with salted caramel ice cream, and ricotta crème brûlée with cherries.
The Sunday roast, voted the best in the UK by Observer Food Monthly, is served with perfected trimmings, with meat cuts including a slow-roast rump, or slow-roast prime rib. A revolutionary cocktail list at Hawksmoor in Manchester includes categories like ‘eye opening’ anti-fogmatics, and light afternoon ‘bridging drinks’.

On arrival all staff were super friendly and helpful. The lunch set-up/atmosphere was busy and yet organised, service was prompt and the food and drink choice and taste were excellent. Well worth a visit.

Love this place. Great food with, what is these days rare, great service Always attentive and friendly service, with big hellos and smiles when you arrive. The food is simple yet sublime and I always look forward to the seasonal vegetable starter which can be the best thing on the menu. This time carrots with fried and crunchy herbs, a pesto and preserved veg; didn’t disappoint Then on to the meat. I was with my daughter, who prefer Chateubriand - my son prefers porterhouse - add the reliable and trusty sides of creamed spinach, fried and she has mash and gravy. Outstanding!!!!!!!

This was our first visit we will definitely be back, loved our steak the mash side was delicious, our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, Can’t wait for our next visit

We went in for the Sunday roast and it was all exceptional, the beef was cooked perfectly and the gravy, Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes were great, my daughter said the carrots were the nicest in the world. The service was great and we really enjoyed it.

Restaurant was incredible. staff and food unreal However , they didn’t have our booking from Yourselves which caused a great amount of embarrassment especially as it girlfriends birthday I will not be using you again I will certainly be going back the restaurant

From booking to leaving this place has everything just as it should be. The staff are naturally attentive and friendly and full of knowledge on the brand. The food is sourced to a very high specification and prepared to an even higher one. The feel of the the place is relaxed yet special. Hands down my favourite place to eat. when I can’t be there I read the book. LOVE IT!
