It was a lovely experience, I took my friend there as a birthday treat and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. We both enjoyed the food and you were able to cater to my vegan diet which was fantastic, your chefs custom made a tasty assortment of vegan approved food - and it wasn't bland which is often the case when you ask for such a request.

Although it was a Friday evening it was very quiet, so if you enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere I'd highly recommend that you go there.

Lovely looking place, not bad food (fab dessert), Inexperienced staff but overall had a jolly time. Wentbfir Valentines and they had a really talented and tasteful jazz singer and pianist which definitely made fir an appropriate atmosphere. I’m not a huge fan of these chainy hotel restaurants but it was relaxed and pleasant - id go back.

    Nice food, not great service

The food was nice but service was terrible. The waiting staff really need proper training. We had to ask for a desert menu and when the pudding did arrive we didn’t get any cutlery. Also we had to wait a while for the food. The restaurant was three quarters empty so they couldn’t even say it was because they were busy.
