The Second Floor Bar and Brasserie offers a relaxed yet stylish environment in which to enjoy all-day dining, overlooking the expansive views of Exchange Square. This elevated spot offers views over the city, and a black lacquered bar offers a fashionable selection.

A diverse mix of flavours, the Harvey Nichols menu spans from eclectic ‘little plates’ and wholesome bento boxes, to classic main courses. An array of exciting flavours can be found in the likes of tandoori monkfish with sticky mango rice, or pea and mint cannelloni with smoked feta, whilst hearty classics include a succulent signature HN burger, or Atlantic-caught cod with chunky chips.

Innovative twists for dessert include a salted caramel pot au chocolat with hazelnut shortbread, and Vimto summer pudding with clotted cream. Chic and sultry seasonal cocktails are served at the Second Floor Bar, and delicious offerings for brunch include streaky bacon and maple syrup waffles, and classic eggs benedict.

Set in one of Manchester’s most iconic buildings, Harvey Nichols Brasserie is a 6-minute walk from Manchester Victoria Rail Station.

Had a lovely evening celebrating my 49th birthday with close friends. When the server relised it was my birthday he brought out a plate with wishes on and a cake. Nice touch. The food was very nice and my steak cooked to perfection.

Great food and excellent unobtrusive service. Nice ambience. We had a range of dishes, the haddock and chunky chips were huge so if you have a small appetite ensure you've someone to help. The Stone Bass was excellent as was the samphire, however they weren't crispy as described on the menu. Only criticism, the flat white was Luke warm if not cold! The replacement was only marginally warmer,

food tasted as good as always with excellent presentation but was slightly tepid and \i prefer food piping hot
the air conditioning was too fierce and felt very chilly. The Maitre D did explain that it had been adjusted but was taking a while to warm up

Great service and delicious well presented food. Drinks expensive if you're not used to Manchester prices. However, it was worth it for a treat. Great city views
