I thought the place very attractive and the entrance especially is welcoming . Plenty of room and we were soon shown to our table . With two hungry five year olds we didn't have long to wait for our main course . The waitress looked after us very well . The tropical cheese cake wasn't so special ,I didn't like the base .

The service was ridiculous we sat for over 30 mins before Our waitress came for our drinks order the restaurant was hardly buzzing with customers the food order and deliver was even longer as were the deserts. I actually felt sorry for our waitress even though the restaurant wasn't busy she seemed to be rushing around trying to please everyone. Hence the £5 tip. Was definitely not the best family meal outing we've had. So why not complain? faults lay further up the line than the waitress.

The service was fine. It was very busy, so it is understandable if it is a bit slow. BUT, the vegetables on the Christmas menu were uneatable. OK, I know they were frozen (which doesn't help) but they were hard and didn't taste of anything. Really nasty.
