A great example of wholesome British pub tradition, Harvester Windmill offers a great range of crowd-pleasing recipes made with the freshest ingredients. The grill selection and unlimited salad bar are hugely popular, and inside there is a cosy feel thanks to the comfy furnishings and rustic touches like exposed wooden beams.
From its succulent grill selection to the celebrated unlimited salad bar, the Harvester menu is packed full of wholesome flavours for the whole family. Rotisserie chicken cooked in a secret blend of spices is available alongside tender smoked ribs marinated in signature BBQ sauce, while smaller tapas-style dishes are perfect for sharing, with options like spicy crackerjack prawns, and smoked pork and cheddar and jalapeno sausage. There are generous combo platters, juicy steaks, well-stacked burgers, and a great salad selection with premium additions.
All kinds of sweet treats are served on the dessert menu at this Harvester in Bushey. The Sundae selection loads real dairy ice cream with toppings like warm chocolate fudge brownie, Oreo® biscuit crumb, raspberries and marshmallows, while classic options like Cherry Pie accompany fantastic vegan options like our tangy blackcurrant mousse on a light biscuit base. From the bar, there are world beers, spirits, and speciality soft drinks for the kids.
A tried and tested local favourite, Harvester Windmill is only a 6-minute drive from Bushey Rail Station.

Nice and relaxed family get together, good service and lovely food. I had the fish and chips which was nice and the birthday celebration pudding with the big sparkler in which was all done under the control of the manager

Service was not very good, our initial waitress walked by us several times and then informed us that she was no longer our waitress when we asked for some sauces. Our food was left on the counter for over 10 minutes (we could see it from where we were sitting). There were 5 servers standing at the till at one time and we were trying to get their attention to request the bill but we were ignored. Food was nice, we go the The Windmill quite often and although we have had some issues with service in the past it is usually very very good. We were disappointed this time to say the least.
