We booked really late so was really happy to be able to get a table for 11for a family get together. We ate early as that was what was available but at no point were we made to feel like we should hurry up or that anyone wanted us out - in fact we stayed all night and had a really wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed their food and apparently, the drinks too! Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Had to send my food back and had to complain about the salad bar.

I was a bit disappointed, as there was no table free when we arrived. There was also no gluten free menu available as requested, therefore I had to wait for 10 minutes and then felt under pressure to make a choice. The salad bar was required topping up and my Mum had to wait for over 10 minutes to get a bread roll. It was difficult to read the allergen list due to poor quality photocopying and the selection of food available was limited. Fortunately our waitress Tracey was really helpful and managed to make up a meal with chicken breast and ribs (as I could previously have an original combo from your menu). I would much prefer to have a menu provided, rather than lists of A4 pages which are both uninspiring and very confusing.

My son who came from London for anniversary meal was disappointed with his meal. The chicken he had with his rice meal was not cooked through, traces of blood. Ate one piece and was not happy with taste. Complained and was informed meal was pre-cooked and shouldn't have been like that. Was offered replacement which was declined and could eat no more. Was not charged for his meal. It upset our evening.
