With its extensive menu of homely British recipes alongside international flavours, Harvester Talbot is a firm family favourite. Its comfy interior makes it an ideal spot for relaxed meals, with free children's activities keeping the little ones entertained.

From its succulent grill selection to the celebrated unlimited salad bar, the Harvester menu is packed full of wholesome flavours for the whole family. Rotisserie chicken cooked in a secret blend of spices is available alongside tender smoked ribs marinated in signature BBQ sauce, while smaller tapas-style dishes are perfect for sharing, with options like spicy crackerjack prawns, and grilled chorizo with padron peppers. There are generous combo platters, juicy steaks, well-stacked burgers, and a great salad selection with premium additions.

All kinds of sweet treats are served on the dessert menu at this Harvester in Epping. The sundae selection loads real dairy ice cream with toppings like warm chocolate fudge brownie, raspberries and honeycomb pieces, while classic British options like Bramley apple pie sit alongside international twists like key lime pie. From the bar, there are world beers, spirits, and speciality soft drinks for the kids.

A wonderful blend of traditional British pub and contemporary eatery, Harvester near Harlow is 12 minutes' drive from Epping Tube Station.

Discussed I asked for plain chips and ended up with peppered ones when the waitress came with my dinner and it was not the one that took our order and I said I asked for plain chips and that was the reply I was given when I asked to speak to the manager apparently he was busy only to be seen talking on our way out in your munu it states you can ask for plain chips in which I did to be told this I will never be using you again and would not recommend you for all these years of coming and not being able to eat but get charge you are a disgrace

Best for value, child friendly, great service, good plentiful food and of course the famous salad bar - always a hit! We love it here and are regulars for breakfast and dinner and rarely have a complaint as they go the extra mile for us. Managers are lovely waiting staff fab, my 11 year old even went and thanked the chefs last night as he lived his meal.

Food was disappointing, the steak in my granddaughters mixed grill was fatty & my ribs tasteless, but the waitress we had was lovely & very helpful.
