I have grown up from a child and am now 56 up until last year I have always loved it but on the last few occasions things have not been good so on Saturday it was my other half’s birthday and said ok we will give it a try again as I only eat fish it should be the ideal place for me I was excited when my dinner arrived but then disappointed when I put my first mouthful in as my dinner came across hot but my fish was cold so when the girl came round and asked if all was ok I explained that it was cold she said oh we didn’t have time to wait for more food to be cooked so I picked around it and we decided not to have desert or coffee and left after paying the bill At no time did she apologise or offer anything but again another unhappy visit so this now affects all my family as we are all loyal people so no one made me feel like I want to return I have used this branch on several occasions as I have a caravan near and think I have moaned a few time’s hoping for an improvement but also at home I live near the village and was very disappointed there as no fish no steak was available so I think your all telling me to give up

Very good service on this occasion. I eat at the Harvester quite often and have had both good and bad experiences. Last night went very well. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Service was quick and all meals were of excellent quality.

Took a long time to be served. Salad was very disappointing,no rolls either. Chips were cold, and barely a teaspoon of coleslaw on the plate of main meal.

There was not enough room at the table. Service was friendly but slow. Loved the Cajun beans but ordinary beans cold and chewy. More vegetarian meals please. The haloumi was good but greasy. More low carb alternatives would be welcome. Puddings and deserts too sweet.
