From its succulent grill selection to the celebrated unlimited salad bar, the Harvester menu is packed full of wholesome flavours for the whole family. Rotisserie chicken cooked in a secret blend of spices is available alongside tender smoked ribs marinated in signature BBQ sauce, while smaller tapas-style dishes are perfect for sharing, with options like spicy crackerjack prawns, and grilled chorizo with padron peppers. There are generous combo platters, juicy steaks, well-stacked burgers, and a great salad selection with premium additions.

All kinds of sweet treats are served on the dessert menu at this Harvester in Rayleigh. The sundae selection loads real dairy ice cream with toppings like warm chocolate fudge brownie, raspberries and honeycomb pieces, while classic British options like Bramley apple pie sit alongside international twists like key lime pie. A hugely popular spot for all occasions, Harvester Rayleigh Weir is a 5-minute drive from Rayleigh Rail Station.

Table was booked for 7.45. We didn't sit down until 8.10. Once again spitroast chicken was unavailable. When food arrived it was lukewarm and chips did not look at all appetizing. Waitress was run off her feet so we had to wait a long time between courses. Sauces on salad bar were empty and salad dishes needed topping up.

We often eat at harvesters especially the Rayleigh weir branch, the only complaint we have is because we are dinning late around 9pm the salad bar is often messy/items empty and the drinks machine the gas needs refilling apart from that it is always a clean friendly atmosphere with very nice staff.

Empty plates and glasses left on the table. Had to ask a number of times for knives & forked. For a table of six this mess was very hectic.
Maceroni cheese my daughter had was pasta with cheesy water in the bottom of the bowel other than that the food was good.

Table booked online for son's birthday; 6 people and one high chair. On arrival, on time, was told no booking was made despite me giving booking reference. Despite this poor start staff were excallent in provinding a table in bay window which accommodated another son and his family who joined us for a drink and birthday cake. Thank you to all the staff.

Most of the meal was good except my wife's steak. she asked for medium to well done, it came rare. Sent it back and then it arrived cremated! COMPLAINED and got it taken off the bill.

When we arrived we were met by a friendly staff member that showed us to our seats. All staff were very friendly, service was quick. We didn't have to wait long for our meals. All in all a very good service, restaurant was clean & tidy.
