Service was fine, friendly waitress clean table.
Food - chicken and ribs were ok however none of the vedgebales were acceptable, my chips and corn were only warm and my wifes veg of butternut and broccoli was undercooked, hard and broccoli was burnt as was her jacket potato (probably kept hot for too long, Such a shame that good food was wasted for lack of a bit of care and attention.

Service was not up to standard - items ordered not served - queried when bill supplied

Disabled facilities could be better, washbasin taps backing onto soap dispenser, double up as child changing too many bins in there restricted access. Smelly and dull,
Food good but if a pudding is presented as hot it should be served as, cold Xmas pudding is not palatable served cold.
I have booked for boxing day I surely hope that my experience will be better

The man on the desk was not very attentive and when he took the drinks order, he then left the drinks on the bar and 20 minutes later we had to ask for them. The waitress was lovely, but I had 2 tapas dishes and the jalapeno in breadcrumbs was very overcooked and the jacket potato looked like it had been cooking for the last 3 hours! The salad bar was ok but didn't look terribly fresh. I know we were eating at 5pm, but would have expected it to look good all day. The whole restaurant could do with a deep clean throughout. The tables are sticky and so is the floor.
