Serve "fries" instead of chips ! Have fish & chips on the menu, but read the description it's says fries ! I ordered Pepsi, which they told me is a "refill". Got one glass fine, next time I went up they'd run out of Pepsi (bad management), so I tried Pepsi Max (diet Pepsi). Whatever they call it, it still tastes like donkey urine, and leaves a bitter after-taste that refuses to go away, just like "diet" drinks in the 70s ! I ordered tea, it came luke-warm ! So asked for another pot, that also came with luke-warm water ! Don't these idiots know how to make tea ?

My 4th visit a few days ago, was disappointing. After waiting for 5 mins for a member of staff to show us to our table, no one did this so I had to find someone to do this, although I had booked in advance.
We chose the combo meal, with ribs and chicken, which was good but the portion of salad on the plate was very much past its best, with brown edges, so not appealing.
Had to wait for over 10 minutes for a liqueur coffee at the end of meal....nobody brought it so I had to remind the staff that I had ordered this and had waited too long.
When the coffee was finally served, it was barely warm.
The mistakes were dealt with promptly but should not have happened. Perhaps they were short staffed.
