It was more than a disappointing evening. This was our first time back in about 4yrs after the last bad experience and thought things had improved, but was worst; as we were waiting to order our meals, the kitchen ran out of steak and chicken. My husband and kids decided to go for whatever that was available on the menu, but I went without main food as I do not eat pork and did not fancy ordering fish for main. To my annoyance, i was asked to pay for the salad because it comes free with main course and I had not ordered one. In the end this was waived as I demanded to speak to the manager. The cous-cous from the salad aisle tasted very old I had chicken wings which tasted odd. My husband ordered the rib rack which was tasteless and old. He struggled to eat this. Some of the salad options/sauces.buns were limited and took long to replenish and I had to wait a while and request for refill (some items never got replenished). We are never going back. Not good enough

It was a very satisfactory visit. The table was ready on time, lovely food and a great service by the hostess.

Waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was below average. Salad bar was very disappointing. Corn on the cob was mushy, jacket potato tasted as if it had been sitting in the oven since lunch time (we went for evening meal) need I go on......
