Waited over an hr for our meals..desserts were ordered then were " lost" so after waiting another hr were asked to reorder them again to which we declined.
Complained to the manager who was down right rude and couldnt care less attitude. The waitress bless her heart was just wonderful and was clearly visable that she was embarassed by her managers attitude.
We were there as it was my mums 65th birthday and to be honest it was ruined..so much so we will NEVER eat at the grove harvester in swindon again.

Service was very poor last night. Firstly, our glasses were dirty and had replacements brought to the table which weren't much better. The waitress took our order without writing anything down and got the two kids meals wrong. We saw our order sat on the pass for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to bring to the table. The kids meals had to be returned and the chicken was cold on an adults dish. Generally, a poor experience. Having visited the Grove on many occasions previously, this was thoroughly disappointing and couldn't wait to pay and leave. We will not be returning in the near future.

As Harvetsers go it ws much th same as any other. The difference was the staff, especially our waitress who was bubbly, attentive and got on well with all the guests.
