Lovely evening with family
10 June 2017
From succulent grill delicacies to exotic flavours from across the globe, Harvester Barn is a versatile pub and restaurant that offers something for everyone. Kids get their own special menus and activity packs, while up at the bar there is a great selection of beers, ales, wines and spirits.
From its succulent grill selection to the celebrated unlimited salad bar, the Harvester menu is packed full of wholesome flavours for the whole family. Rotisserie chicken cooked in a secret blend of spices is available alongside tender smoked ribs marinated in signature BBQ sauce, while smaller tapas-style dishes are perfect for sharing, with options like spicy crackerjack prawns, and grilled chorizo with padron peppers. There are generous combo platters, juicy steaks, well-stacked burgers, and a great salad selection with premium additions.
All kinds of sweet treats are served on the dessert menu at this Harvester in Chichester. The sundae selection loads real dairy ice cream with toppings like warm chocolate fudge brownie, raspberries and honeycomb pieces, while classic British options like Bramley apple pie sit alongside international twists like key lime pie. From the bar, there are world beers, spirits, and speciality soft drinks for the kids.
Just outside the city centre, Harvester Barn is a relaxed, welcoming spot to unwind and enjoy honest recipes for reasonable prices. Chichester Rail Station is a 9-minute drive away.

We have dined here many times before and feel the food wasn't as great as before. Would prefer "Simply Chicken " as it was with Jacket pot and peas. Didn't enjoy the cabbage. Carrots, beans and peas with gravy Never had gravy with a jacket potato before. The cod and chips was tasty but could have been cooked longer for the batter to darken but that's just how my husband likes it.
The salad was great as always.
I find it annoying to have to walk through the smokers in the doorway to enter or leave the restaurant. End up smelling of smoke ourselves. We look forward to using The Barn again and trying our other favourite meals without too many changes.

Staff friendly and efficient. Food good. We were a party of seven and we enjoyed our visit. They even gave me a birthday card. Thank you.

Spacious restaurant, light and airy. The food was delicious and well presented. New menu was not as varied as the previous one. The staff were very helpful.
