Really love late lunch, not rushed or badgered to hurry up even though it was a busy event day. Food was good, good value too. Restaurant was very hot though... could do with air con’.

The service was terrible. When I told them the calamari was over cooked the waitress turned around and said to me well I did ask if everything was okay but we had only just been given our food when she asked that so how did I know everything was ok. and I didn’t see her until she was ready to take the plates away and didn’t feel I should be chasing the waitress around the restaurant. When we also got another starter arrive I ask the waitress what this one was( not the same waitress as before ) he turned around and said I don’t know. I mean if your serving food know what it is. I found the staff rude and they could careless about costumer service. I will not be going again. And I was very upset as this was a day planned out with family.

The main meal arrived very quick. If was lovely. After that if went down hill. After half an hour we was asked about dessert. Everything we asked for was not there. NO ice cream. The kids both were disappointed as well as us adults. When we finally got it, the kids fruit had mold on it. The cakes selection was still frozen. The small pots of ice cream arrived then soon melted. The staff disappeared and there was no one around. We thought we'd go to the toliet before we left. No toliet paper. Floor was dirty and tiles cracked we could have tripped over. As we came out a poor couple was seated right outside. In a restaurant that was nearly empty. We all said we would not go back. The staff all seamed unhappy out being there. Not one including the manager looked happy. Sorry will not recommend eating there.

Not the best. Salad cart had about 4 options. Where are the sultanas and bacon bits? Kids plates were piping hot and handed over with no warning. When I said ow the guy laughed and said "yeah they're hot" my actual chicken breast was nice but the 3 strips of fried chicken were soggy as was the corn on the cob. Left waiting AGES after main - I had to ask to order desserts and then went to collect them as they were just left on the side. Had to ask twice for book and go up to pay as nobody visited our table since main course. Our waitress was assistant manager. We didn't say anything as she had enough on her plate. Table next to us were sat before us but got our food after us. It had been sat on side for at least 10 min. The guy was a chef and rejected it. They also saw the chefs in the kitchen mucking about hitting each other with the tongs and then serving up food. And the ice cream machine wasn't working lol. I wouldn't visit again
