My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at Hallmark Hotel Flitwick Manor. The dinning room was intimate and the table was set beautifully. We loved our meal. The timing of our dishes was perfect and the food was top notch. While all of this was lovely it pales in comparison to the staff. They were professional, accommodating, attentive and welcoming. We could not have been more pleased with our experience.

Booking service was good. Reception at Hotel was good. Service at the Hotel was good. Facilities at the Hotel were good. The food at the Hotel was good. One very disappointing feature was , having been given the fairly limited Menu and ordered , the service returned to tell me there was no more lamb and could I reselect from the Menu. With a limited selection of meat I had to select a steak which required payment of a supplement. Very disappointed at there not being a full selection and very disappointed at then being charged a supplement.
