Awarded a Michelin star just a year after opening, Hakkasan Mayfair is the second London outpost of this celebrated fleet of restaurants. The glamorous dining room combines Chinese history, tradition and architecture.

Contemporary cuisine from chef Tong Chee Hwee is found on the Hakkasan menu. Made with the best ingredients, Hakkasan offers authentic Cantonese cooking with a contemporary flair, showcasing carefully chosen dim sum, and Chinese dishes that are ever-changing, dynamic and new. Innovatively created cocktails and a unique wine list are selected to match the elegant dishes.

Filled with intricate wooden screens allowing for intimate dining, the lower ground floor at Hakkasan in London invites guests to enjoy the traditional Hakkasan setting. The ground floor mixes a relaxed atmosphere and a vibrant bar, encouraging guests to indulge in an inspired environment.

At once subtle and thrilling, Hakkasan in Mayfair redefines Cantonese dining in an elegantly designed space. Green Park Tube Station is a 7-minute walk away.

Lost its edge. Would prefer Nobu or someone else.
Staff is plenty but found myself waiting everytime. Only some tables seems to have more attention. Not sure if it was intentional.
Food was so so, nothing to brag about. Would expect a little better for the competition out there

Great lunch time dining experience. It was raining outside so the dark, labyrinthine restaurant was comforting. We went for the lunch menu, which was excellent. Gorgeous Dim Sum, flavourful and beautiful. Limited choice of the mains actually helped the decision making, both dishes were delicious and then the most exquisitely presented dessert, also delicious. Yes it is pricey but why wouldn't you pay for food as good as this?

    Great decor
    Great food
    Great ambience
    Easy booking
    However
Staff were a bit too attentive, barely finished food and they were already whisking away the plates, finished last sip of wine, glass never even touched the table. It was so rushed, the Jivara bombs chocolate sauce wasn't even warm to pour over. Iv been to this Hakkasan before and it was a very different experience. From the moment we got our desserts we had eyes on us from the waiting staff to hurry and go. Was nice to get to taste the food and have the wine, but to be rushed like that and not even get to eat at a leisurely pace especially for the price your paying, it's not worth it.

Lovely restaurant nicely decorated. Went at 6pm and had the Taste of Hakkasan set menu.

The restaurant is amazing, the decor and the service are the best I've ever experienced. Key points are obviously the food, the service staff, the handwash and moisturiser in the bathroom and the hand towels (so thick!)... even the cutlery is fantastic. This may all be commonplace in restuarants of this calibre however, as I don't personally go to them often its all very exciting and impressive to me!

Fashion restaurant, good atmosphere, asian menu

Good restaurant, but definitely not worth a Michelin star. Depending on what you dine you can spend 25 or 250 per person. Literally.
