At Edinburgh's most prestigious address, the AA Rosette award-winning Hadrian's Brasserie nestles within the opulent 5-star Balmoral Hotel. The Celtic-inspired menu is presented in the chic and buzzing restaurant.

With walnut floors and lime and soft heather walls, the dining room at Hadrian’s Brasserie has an art-deco inspired interior throughout, in which to experience magnificent fine dining and brasserie-style cuisine.

Hadrian’s contemporary menu features Celtic influenced favourites and international dishes with a Scottish twist. Signature dishes include the world famous haggis served with neeps and tatties in a whisky sauce and the roast loin of Perthshire venison accompanied by sweet potatoes and an elderflower port jus. There is a fun and sumptuous little angel's menu for children. Desserts include the coconut profiteroles with vanilla Chantilly cream and a rich chocolate sauce or a Scottish and continental cheese selection.

Within easy reach of Princes Street Gardens and stylish Edinburgh shops, Hadrian's Brasserie Edinburgh is also just 2-minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station.

It has been called Brasserie Prince for almost 6 months now which was v confusing as I received a reminder from yourself for Hadrians brasserie! It has a different entrance now as well. I do think you need to change thus asp.
The food was excellent. Staff friendly and decor sophisticated. Good atmosphere.

Now called Brasserie Prince - part of Balmoral Hotel. Beautifully updated. Shiny sleek atmosphere and very efficient and welcoming staff. Handled very well the lateness of our guests and our chatting for ages before ordering. Food superb especially the rib roast. The right place to indulge in a special and memorable meal and surroundings. Pricey but nicey - be good to yourself!

The staff where all very professional and made the dining experience feel like we where the only couple in the restaurant. The food was absolutely outstanding and very well prepared and presented.
We are looking forward to our next visit soon.

The service was very good. The food was tasty, well cooked and attractively presented (we had a venison dish and a fish dish). However the wine was in my opinion rather expensive at £12 for 250ml glass of sauvignon blanc and £9 for 175ml glass of pleasant but unexceptional red.

We had the pre-theatre menu because the choice looked good, the soup was great and our mains were too, for the cost the food was excellent. The service was good but not intrusive, the restaurant is ideally placed.

It is no more the same restaurant than 1 or 2 years ago. The kitchen in not so good and also deceptive..Too expensive for that we receive. It was the first time we eat so in your brasserie.
