Haché Holborn is home to celebrated gourmet burgers and indulgent sides. This stylish little escape from the outside bustle has a cosy, intimate feel, and a warm welcome throughout the day.

Known for showcasing some of London’s best burgers, the Haché menu is headed by hand-pressed patties, crafted using the finest prime steak. Served in a squishy brioche or crusty ciabatta bun, favourites include the chicken shawarma, or the rosemary lamb. Vegetarian offerings include the goats cheese burger or the kale Caesar salad.

Tempting desserts at Haché in London include the signature homemade banoffee pie and the classic chocolate brownie. Along with craft beers and a selective wine list, sip on the likes of homemade watermelon lemonade, and thick-churned, ice cream-based milkshakes.

Offering truly unique burger creations in a stylish setting, Haché in Holborn is a 3-minute walk from Holborn Tube Station.

Went on a visit to London-good quality burgers and flat iron steaks-well priced for London. Good service and good choice of pre dinner drinks. Sensible wine list.

The food was very tasty but the service was very slow - there was not enough staff on shift

We were warmly welcomed. We had the steak-burger with Roquefort cheese, the food was delicious and the service excellent. Very good value for money, we would definitely go back.

The restaurant is great! Quite modern and big. The menu is very diverse and the options we had were delicious! Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time. The only issue I found is that the service is not very fast as we waited for quite a bit for our burgers. This might have happened because it was very busy so I’d have to go in the afternoon and see if it is the same case. Overall this place is great and I’d recommend anyone to give it a try.

Had the steak, the menu didn't say what the size was, this should be changed. Cooked as requested medium/rare, nice taste. But was served on the plate already cut in slices, that is a big no thank you.

I went to Háche because I read a recent review in a French Travel/Tourism Magazine that 'classified' Háche hamburguer as the BEST in all London. I was really disapointed. The hamburguer was a overcooked (burned in the surface). It was supposed to be a medium/rare hamburguer. Disapointment food. A discricionary 12.5% was charged without asking the cliente what he wished to do. Misleading attitude.

Not the first time I have been to hache, felt very disappointed with this visit. Service was not great. It was not busy at the restaurant, only two members of service staff. We had to chase the drinks twice, they did not add the fries on the order so we had to chase these and they had not put these through the till, these came out after we had finished our burgers. Ordered a milkshake when ordering food at the start, had to chase this and I had pretty much finished my burger. Service was added on, however discretionary, we did not feel we had received a good service. Staff nowhere to be seen to ask for sauces. Soured the taste of our day which we had spent at the NFL. I raised this to the manager and they offered 20% from the bill. Such a shame as the burger was well cooked and flavoursome. As I said it was a shame, would seriously consider not going back

Delicious burgers, really enjoyed the Canadian. The waitress was great, I had my 11 yo son with me who wanted a plain cheese burger, the waitress sympathised as she had a son of a similar age. Good atmosphere too.
