A secret restaurant in the basement of sister restaurant Hush Brasserie, Haché Holborn is home to celebrated gourmet burgers and indulgent sides. This stylish little escape from the outside bustle has a cosy, intimate feel, and a warm welcome throughout the day.
Known for showcasing some of London’s best burgers, the Haché menu is headed by hand-pressed patties, crafted using the finest prime steak. Served in squishy brioche or crusty ciabatta, favourite fillings include the ‘Louisiana’ with peanut butter & mature cheddar, or the Mexican with salsa and guacamole. There are also chicken and lamb options, while meat-free offerings include the falafel with goats’ cheese, or a hearty black garlic and hummus salad.
Tempting desserts at Haché in London include the signature homemade banoffee pie and the classic chocolate brownie. Along with craft beers and a selective wine list, sip on the likes of homemade watermelon lemonade, and thick-churned, ice cream-based milkshakes.
Offering truly unique burger creations in a stylish setting, Haché in Holborn is a 3-minute walk from Holborn Tube Station.

Nice burger shack in Holborn, close to the Hoxton. Great milkshakes and nice vegetarian alternatives on the menu. Kids menu not so fancy.

We were a group of 9 coming for a birthday dinner for two friends. We all enjoyed the food and the drinks of the restaurant however the service was very poor. For a place which had been given on a recommendation it was really upsetting for us all the service was this way.
The waitress was very sarcastic and back chatty, as well as ‘conning’ us into spending £24 on a brownie. We were approached by her on our way out of the bathroom to have a slice of cheesecake brought over so we could sing (assuming this was all her idea we mistakenly assumed this was complimentary). On arrival, 4 very stale and inedible brownies were brought over which were left due to their inedibleness. Then the bill arrived, and not only has £35 service charge been added (12%-extortionate!!) the waitress had slyly charged us £24 for the brownie we didn’t ask for! This really ruined our whole evening, and sadly will prevent all of us from returning as well as recommending to others that they don’t too.

Best burger I've had in London and my guests echoed those sentiments. Staff were polite and helpful. Altogether a great dining experience.
