Quite a limited main menu but decent 'specials'. All of the food was excellent and the service was friendly and attentive without ever being too pushy. It was fairly quiet, but location may be a key factor as it is tucked away down a side street.

Decor and presentation similar to a franchise and lacked rustic appeal, however was very clean and chic. Staff very courteous and professional. Food average and although homemade was obviously reheated (my lasagna had a chewy tough texture at the end). Bit disappointed really as was a social occasion, but husband really enjoyed the risotto.

We had a great pre-theatre lunch. The food was lovely simple Italian dishes, just as they should be but often difficult to find. So much better than any bog-standard chain restaurant. Value for money was ok considering the location - see below. There were only 2 downsides; No children's menu (I did advise I'd have 2 children with me when I booked). They were really accommodating, but it did work out pretty expensive as the kids had to eat of the adult menu. It was also very quiet so the atmosphere wasn't the greatest. But I bet during a busy service it is a lovely intimate buzzy place. Would definitely visit again should I ever be in the area.
