Dining there for the first time was a great experience and decent value for money, we dined in the early evening when they were probably at their busiest so service was a bit stretched. The staff could possibly be a bit more helpful in advising customers without much experience of latin\ carribean cuisine. The milkshakes are the perfect compliment to the dining experience and I look forward to dining there again.

We booked after reading good reviews on the restaurant. It was very busy with christmas parties. We were sat outside in a shed type room with heaters. It was very cold. When booking we were not made aware we would be inside the restaurant. The service was very bad. The table next to us had to wait 30 mins from the time first starter to last starter was bought out. Our drinks order took 30 mins to come. We managed to get neary all our food on time. One meal and 2 sides were not served until everyone had finished eating. The service was terribe and the manager couldn't apologise more. We were not charged the 10% service charge and our drinks were on the house. The only saving grace was the food being excellent!! I would try this restaurant again. I hope the poor service was due to the busy timeoff year and was just a one off.

We were most impressed at how attentive the staff were - service with a smile! Very busy Saturday evening however we did not wait very long for our food which was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. I have recommended to all my friends and will be definately back soon! Just wish it was nearer to my home (Essex!!!)
