Our second visit to the restaurant. This time with friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My steak topped with stilton & mushrooms was cooked exactly as I liked it. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Starter, main and dessert could not have been better.

We were given the Fathers Day menu and did not realise until later when other diners came in that we could have had the choice from the Al a carte menu. There were three choices on the Fathers day menu. Could not fault the food. The staff were helpful and courteous. Would definitely go again.

Was disappointed with this visit. The menu has changed & was nit very inspiring, The food was OK but the "chips" had been cooked & left for a long while & were horrible. I wanted a Kir Royale & was told they no longer served it which I thought was strange as 1. Its on the drinks menu & 2. I could have a glass of Prosecco & they still sold Chambourd in other cocktails. Because we went on the "big" fight night the place was packed & to be honest we felt intimidated by some of the other customers. Overall we will be giving the place a miss for a long while, which is a shame as it was one of our favourites.

Booking was good and easy meal was ok I had steak which was fine, unfortunately my mum has the chicken and said it was very boney and dry, we did tell the waitress, who did apologise they forgot our extra onion rings, and our Galic bread which when reminded they bought this out after our meal, which we obviously didn't want it then.
But after we explained this they apologised but still charged us the same amount of the full bill. The surroundings and entertainment was good and there was a rod Stewart, entertainer who was goood shame the meal spoilt the evening.

Was lovely. The food was great. New dessert menu is a big improvement. My steak was cooked to perfection. It is nice that the manager remembers us & takes the time for a little chat. One of my favourite places.
