The cocktail had little if no alcohol in it. starter looked like a pot noodle and didn't taste much better not much selection for the main basic and limited dessert offering on the set menu waste of time and money

We chose the set menu plus cocktail option. There was nothing to fault. Staff were very friendly and efficient. All four of us were very satisfied with the food and generous portion sizes. The dining room is attractive. I would certainly return.

Nice ambience and not too crowded. The 3 courses and a glass of champagne was excellent value at £29.50. The food was delicious and very tasty. Service was attentive but overly so.

We enjoyed the food at this restaurant, and the waiters were helpful and efficient. However we did have an issue with the wine; we asked for a bottle of house white; the waiter told us that they had run out of house white, but he would bring us a bottle that was like the house wine. It was HungarianTokaji and was fine. However when the bill came we realised that this bottle of wine cost £49. The house wine was marked at £23 on the menu. When you add 12.5% for service this worked out at paying almost £30 extra. This is extremely poor behavior by the restaurant and I would like to warn other diners, and although we might return because the food was good, if the house wine isn't available we'll leave immediately.
