Terrible! Booked a table to discover the place was closed when I arrived! No communication!

We had a relaxed and comfortable late lunch after visiting the IPW. Staff were friendly and the food was good. Qualities were good for us as we don’t like massive potions. Rotisserie chicken was really succulent

The waiter didn't listen to what I said and the food was bad.

The good was average to be honest and the service was pretty average tooo. Felt like our food was a bit dry and for the price I was expecting a bit better

Good setting. Service was slowish despite it not being very busy and there was quite a wait for food. Starters not great, crispy wings were soggy and when brought to table one fell onto floor which waitress disposed of but no replacement offered. Mains were good but don't think you can spoil a burger or steak. However one steak due to uneven cooking was practically raw at one end. When paying bill (had the benefit of two taste cards) we were asked how food was but when commented on wings, the guy simply shrugged his shoulders and clearly wasn't interested. Did not leave a gratuity as there was already a 12.5% service charge therefore not happy to leave more due to food quality and service.

Fantastic food & service. Menu limited but it was presented beautifully.
