Very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgable about the menu when we had questions. Service was very good from all members of staff.

With a terrace overlooking attractive gardens, the Graffiti Restaurant boasts 2 AA Rosettes and is housed in a tranquil four-star hotel. This Victorian villa fuses classical elegance and contemporary chic, with local produce abundant in the seasonal dishes.

The cuisine is modern British in style, with a Mediterranean twist and flair in the presentation. This has resulted in Graffiti being recognised in authoritative national restaurant guides including Hardens, Via Michelin and the Good Food Guide. The creative menu mixes timeless ingredients with exciting produce in dishes such as pan-fried sea bass with crushed pink fir potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli, toasted almonds and lemon beurre blanc. Afternoon teas at Graffiti are also a delightfully indulgent favourite.

Vibrantly decorated yet relaxed and informal, winter months at Graffiti are warm and cosy, with the open fire forming the focal point of the restaurant. In summer, the terrace is an ideal spot for al fresco dining or simply for a drink before dinner.

Located just 5 minutes from central Cambridge, Graffiti at Hotel Felix offers free parking, and easy access to the city centre and the surrounding villages.

The tea was nice; excellent scones. Rest of meal was average and a little costly for what it was- compared to other afternoon teas I have had. Staff helpful bit perhaps overly busy that afternoon?

Had to send food back for being cold and cooked incorrectly. Not the most professional in that it was sent out like that.
Food wasn’t bad when finally cooked to order.
    Waiting staff were very attentive.

Afternoon tea, ( it looked nothing like their advertisements) : sandwiches were ok but very ordinary, bread on some was dry; two warm scones with a dish of clotted cream ( no serving spoon) and jam; three portions of cake each : 2 of the 3 were lemon - a dry, tasteless drizzle cake, a portion of cloying lemon tart and a piece of moist coffee opera; we were not impressed. The pot of tea was good as was the sparkling wine, but no mocktails for the driver
We have had some spectacular afternoon teas around Cambridge, this was not one of them. We shall not repeat the experience

We've dined at Graffiti several times. On this occasion the food was good but the service was not. I had to wait maybe 10 mins at table to order pre-dinner drinks and then it took at least 10 mins to come. We waited a long time between courses. The waiters were mostly young and this looked like a TRAINING issue.

Quiet atmosphere, beautiful views of the gardens and generally good service.

HOWEVER, the portion sizes are very inconsistent. We hosted two lunches at Graffiti on the Monday and Wednesday of the same week. We ordered from the same lunch menu both times, but the portion sizes were vastly different. Everything, from the starters (corn chowder, as they were out of cured mackerel on the second visit) to main courses (shoulder of lamb, hake) were literally HALF of portion size on Monday compared to on Wednesday.

The visit on Monday had left us believing that the restaurant always served small portions. As our Monday guests were left hungry even after desserts, when we went again on Wednesday we made sure to order extra sides. However when the corn chowder, lamb and hake ALL turned out to be double (quite literally, eg two pieces of fish instead of one) the portion of what we received on Monday, such that we didn’t even have room for desserts afterwards, we realised that we were terribly under-served on Monday.

So please be aware of this when you book your table - it may be a matter of luck. And I hope the restaurant management could standardise their dishes as it is terribly unfair for customers paying the same price to receive different amounts of food.

The venue was very pleasant and we did not feel rushed.

We all enjoyed our meal thank you. We visited on Easter Sunday evening and the menu was a little limited, however the food was very good.

We stayed at Hotel Felix for a two day break in Cambridge. We had dinner at the restaurant both nights and one lunch. The food was very good, especially the fish dishes. Pan-fried hake and turbot were sublime. Baked cheese souffle was really delicious too. The NZ Sauvignon was an excellent choice among the lower priced wines. Service was excellent, professional and friendly. We were not kept waiting too long, but not rushed either. The meal was nice and relaxed.
The restaurant was about half full on the Wednesday and almost full on the Thursday and there was a lively buzz about the place. The only slightly irritating thing was the background music, but that's a matter of taste and not enough to put you off going there. I would definitely like to eat there again.
