Food good. Service ok, not the standard you would expect really, my daughter sat outside at a table waiting for us to arrive and was not offered any service at all. The toilets could do with refurbishing. The best thing about this restaurant is the location and wonderful views. Would return.

We were disappointed as wee arrived on time & were kept waiting 45 mins for our table. Then we were not told the steak was off until we ordered it. My partner cannot eat pork and wanted to choose the main from the special Halloween menu but an al a carte stater. This was refused even though we offered to pay extra. He then found metal shot in his pheasant even though there was no warning on the menu. As a gesture of compensation we were brought 4 coffee cocktails which we did not request or want. Overall having dined here a few times before we will not be retuning.

The food and wine was great, lovely location and really friendly staff. The only small point is that the covered terrace is pretty cold!

The initial greeting was warm by the maitre d' and the wine waiters . The food was delicious . However my dining experience was soured by the waiter who collected my desert : it was a cheeseboard and he made a sarcastic comment about my choice to share it with my partner as opposed to buying 1 each ! We spent £90 on our meal - we were not being cheap - it was an embarrassing comment and I don't know why he said that ! The manager needs to retrain the stafff team. It cant believe that I paid to be disrespected by a stranger !

A lovely lunchtime experience to finish a birthday weekend break. Fantastic location by the Thames, you can spend all day just watching the boats hurry by from our gentle relaxed table in the conservatory. Menu was limited but did not disappoint and both meals were cooked to perfection. Fish and chips looked really good....maybe next time!

Missed the mark. Service was unfriendly and unhelpful. We were on the set menu and they seemed annoyed by this, they weren't very welcoming.

Tasty food, in gourmet (small) portions. Quiet, relaxed neighbourhood ambience by the Thames. A restful break from London bustle.
