Fantastic food, amazing views, service was second to none. However we did not receive our champayne as requested.

Fantastic view although weather was misty so wasnt a clear view unfortunately. Afternoon Sandwiches, scones, patisseries very nice. Maybe our choice of tea was wrong,a little weak.

Our visit was part of the celebrations for my wife's birthday. From the moment we arrived at the main entrance to the time we came back down again the staff were all very welcoming, cheerful, courteous and very helpful. We had a great table next to the window although we had asked for one further back in as my wife does not have a head for heights, they were very happy to move us, but we kept the table, my wife sat on the inner side and was very happy. The food was lovely and the whole experience was memorable. A great day out. Will certainly recommend to others, in fact we are thinking of repeating the experience with the family in the new year.

The venue was spectacular, service was great and the food was very nice. A real nice treat for a romantic date - my only issue was the music, very bizarre fast pasted almost rock music - would have been better with more ambient music

Staff mostly indifferent and disorganized. Food nothing special. Only reason to go is for the view but that can also be done from the viewing deck. Very crowded, noisey and, uncomfortable seating. Overall very disappointing.

Booking was trouble-free but service on the day (for a pre-booked afternoon tea) sadly lacking. The bar didn't seem particularly busy at 14h on a weekday however we still had no food or drink over an hr after arrival. Despite apologies from staff, items were substituted from the advertised menu and our vegetarian afternoon tea-et was not expected even though this was notified. We had to ask for the bill 3 items and 2 of us ended up leaving before the others to avoid missing their train. Views were great thoughand you wouldn't say we were rushed through the experience.

Afternoon tea was lovely but the website leads you to think the champagne is included . Sec or of the cocktails left a lot to be desired .
