We had lunch here after going on the London Eye. It was great to be able to go straight to our table in such a busy area. Service was very good and this a always a very family friendly restaurant.

We had lunch & it was my first experience of a Giraffe restaurant at Southbank - we had a great table with a view of the Thames and one of our party was running late, the service was memorable and sympathetic so we ordered at different times which wasn't an issue at all. The burger I had was wonderful and the hot dog was perfect kids' fodder. The banana waffle desert was fantastic. I am glad we booked and after a visit to The London Eye it made for a wonderful trip to the capital! Thank you

Definitely one of the South Bank's best. Service is good if a little slow, but you can't really expect anything different in this area at lunchtime. Courses were plentiful, tasty and surprisingly well presented.

We had booked and arrived at a very busy time (6PM), we were rapidly shown to our table and the food was swiftly delivered by a cheerful and helpful waitress. We have eaten here before as a family and always enjoyed it.

I had a great meal deal, 2 courses for [$] and happy hour glass of wine, fish and chips were good, though fish a bit bland! and fabulous dessert of ginger and pear sponge, though my friends Bread and butter pudding was dry and tough! Also a great Zumba salad which looked and was very fresh. Great food and just right amount of attention and waitress told us of good deals
