Very good have often dined at your restaurant. My guest was also impressed. I think the quality compared to the price ratio makes this one of the best restaurants in the west end of London. Every guest I have taken to your place has always said how much they enjoyed the experience.

In London’s glamorous West End, Getti Jermyn Street offers bountiful Italian charm. A secluded hideaway, the cosy dining room is offset by tranquil pavement dining outdoors.

Sourcing recipes from the sunny isles of Sicily and Sardinia, the Getti menu showcases wholesome delicacies made with the finest ingredients. With Tuscan chef Giulio Rossi at the helm, classic dishes include tasty gnocchi, or a platter of sumptuous Italian meats. Fresh fish and seafood present expertly executed house specialities at Getti restaurant, with choices ranging from calamari to a tender sea bass fillet.

Crisp interior design at Getti London features a royal blue and white palette, whilst vintage prints add a touch of character. An impressive wine selection features at the bar, and unrivalled favourites for dessert include tiramisu and forest fruit panna cotta.

Bright and lively, Getti Jermyn Street is surrounded by London’s famous theatres. The iconic Piccadilly Circus is just 1 minute’s walk away.

Having eaten here 2 years ago and enjoyed it, I took my parents for a meal on Saturday. Unfortunately on this occasion the food, service and general ambiance were awful. We were seated near a toilet upstairs. The internal door between restaurant and toilet corridor did not close on its own. We were constantly up and down closing the door to stop the draft & smell of bleach. We asked for the exit door in this corridor to be closed and it was initially, but was then opened again!
The food, particularly the pizzas were atrocious. Undercooked (was sent back) and burnt. The waitress brought one side dish out (rocket salad) with the starters and then randomly removed this from our table when we were eating our mains and put it in the bin before we could say anything. Drinks took ages to come and my tea was cold before they brought the milk out!
Service was added to the bill and we were quite frankly too annoyed to argue or complain and just wanted to leave!

This meal cost approx £350 for 6 people and was overpriced and certainly not up to west end London standards!

Getti is a light and friendly restaurant, which is a winner in a location right by Piccadilly Circus. There is a real buzz and a lunch menu which is extremely good value.

This is still some of the best Italian food in London. The service is friendly and good - overall good experience

Good food. My wife received the wrong main course but this was remedied reasonably quickly.

We have been eating at the Spaghetti House Restaurants for over 25 years and have always loved the family atmosphere, the greetings on arrival and the friendliness of the staff as well as the good food. All this was non existent at Getty. The greeting on arrival was not welcoming, the staff did not smile, chat or seem happy and the food was unexceptional. I could not even have liver cooked pink. We felt like numbers rather than welcome guests. No one asked us if we enjoyed our meal and catching the staff's eye required great effort. The choice of pizzas and pastas was underwhelming. This matters.

Not our greatest experience there, sadly. Had to ask 3 times and wait 10 mins for a 3rd menu (3 of us) /.
The wine had something (dusty carafe?) in it! After we pointed it out, he looked at our glasses and carafe, shrugged and (to be fair) brought another. No apology.
And i have been eating there for 10 years regularly and their prices have gone up a lot .. a modest dinner for 3 (1 main only, 1 starter+pizza, 1 bruscetta+gnoccii+small desert+ carafe wine for 2, 1 beer, 2 coffes) £135 .. that's a lot and i would say 1/2 yeara ago it would have been 90ish.
    Sorry hate to be negative
