At GBK South William plenty of imagination is evident in their burgers, prepared using fine ingredients. The contemporary dining room is decked out in soothing colours and features an open kitchen and bar.
Launched back in 2001 by 3 Kiwis, GBK offers a premium burger concept which sees over 10,000 burgers served up to its diners each day: always made fresh and cooked to order. Hand-crafted patties make up the varied GBK menu, with adventurous favourites including The Don and The Taxi Driver. Lamb, falafel and buffalo options mean even the most ardent burger buffs are catered for, and there’s a lengthy list of fries and sides.
Salted caramel, peanut butter and banana are just some of the mind-meltingly good milkshakes at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, and thirst-quenching soft drinks are also served. Wines can be enjoyed by the glass, and there’s a good stock of cherry-picked international beers.
GBK at South William presents a range of gourmet burgers to Dublin diners. The Dublin Castle and Irish Houses of Parliament are an 8-minute away.

This place was just really an upmarket fast food place. You have to order at the counter and pay up front, also get some of your own drinks. Lacks atmosphere, bit like sitting in a community hall or quiet train station. Food was good. Booking service worked fine, but i certainly wont be rushing back to GBK, this is not a restaurant . Wouldn't associate this place with Michelin

The service was excellent! we were accommodated upstairs in our own private area, welcomed by the restaurant manager & our personal waitress, taking orders & individual payment upstairs. This is a great help when looking after a large group. Thanks Celine for excellent service.
