The food was excellent and value for money but service to table appalling. 5 of us had different burger selections and when waitress brought them to the table she had no idea which was which and just put saying this one is medium ----which they all were. In the end had to dissect and inspect what was under bun ourselves. Someone needs training. The restaurant had no red wine for the all rounder deal two of us were having,

The staff were polite. The food was tasty and you could se what you were eating i.e. it was clean food : nothing hidden beneath layers of spicy sauces etc to disguise something that might otherwise put you off eating it altogether !? The portions, for the money charged, were not too bad though the stringy chip portions I though were quite scant. The staff were always on hand to politely, with courtesy, ask us if everything was ok and if we needed anything else (smiling, courtesy and care are IMPERATIVE.) I was addressed as 'sir' and not 'mate !' or 'darling !' (LOATHE THAT !) The (men's) toilets needed toilet paper ; I informed a male member of staff (this was at he beginning of our visit.) When we were leaving I used the toilets again and there was still no toilet paper installed (??) This issue should have been addressed IMMEDIATELY (a restaurant starts from the toilets - visit the toilets and they will tell you what kind of establishment you are about to dine in.) We had little children with us and they loved it. Overall a good, family experience.
