GBK Bristol Cabot Circus is housed within the bustling Cabot Circus Shopping Centre and serves up fresh burgers prepared using premium ingredients. Diners can watch chefs cooking up their meal in the open kitchen or throw a challenge at the bartender to shake up a fresh cocktail at the bar.
Launched back in 2001 by 3 Kiwis, GBK offers a premium burger concept which sees over 10,000 burgers served up to its diners each day: always made fresh and cooked to order. Hand-crafted patties make up the varied GBK menu, with adventurous favourites including The Don and The Taxi Driver. Lamb, falafel and buffalo options mean even the most ardent burger buffs are catered for, and there's a lengthy list of fries and sides.
Salted caramel, peanut butter and banana are just some of the mind-meltingly good milkshakes at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, and thirst-quenching soft drinks are also served. Wines can be enjoyed by the glass, and there’s a good stock of cherry-picked international beers.
GBK in Bristol Cabot Circus is a 4-minute drive from Bristol Temple Meads Rail Station.

I booked here for a mother’s day occasion. The advert mentioned there would be a free glass of Prosecco, but this was not offered or provided. Shame!

We were fortunate that someone took our order at the table. We were a booking of 7. Without being rude it was difficult to understand the waiter we had to ask him several times to repeat himself. He got the drinks order wrong and the food order wrong. It was a birthday celebration my daughter's 15th and she had choosen the Cabot Circus GBK over the Mall Cribbs and very much regretted her choice.

Absolutely lovely staff - food was easy to order, arrived promptly, and was to an excellent standard. Whole place was clean and well lit. Absolutely loved it, would definitely go back again.

Had our table booked for 1.30pm 9/12/15 - we arrived and staff were friendly and took our order quickly. Our friends received their food however my husband and I received our burger and drink but no fries, had to wait overb10 minutes after asking waitress about them by which time had nearly finished our burgers. Disappointed as we've used GBK a lot over the years and would have liked our food to arrive all together. Staff were apologetic but it wasn't a memorable lunch.
