Ordered the ribs. Ribs okay BUT DISSAPOINTED WITH WHAT CAME WITH IT: Coleslaw warm and tasteless
    Chips not great
Corn on the cob like the one from kfc (Over cooked , no taste)
Overpriced for the quality you get . Another note: we booked the offer for two courses at £15
But was told by the waitress that it wasn't available
THE TOILET FACILITIES NEED UPDATING. No hot water to wash your hands. The hot water taps were not working .

The good part of this experience was the service. Conchita was attentive, very pleasant and efficient. Sadly, the food came nowhere near and was frankly disappointing. My Steak, Mushroom and Ale pie was not filled with tender beef as described but was rather empty. The pastry was too thick and chewy. the mashed potatoes were far too salty. My wife had Calzone which was hard and unappetising. All in all a disappointing experience and one we would not sin to repeat.

Good value for money, very child friendly. Excellent location for after the theatre meal. Friendly staff and quick service. Only downside was the state of the toilets with broken hand dryers, no toilet paper and not very clean.

We always choose Garfunkels before going to the Palladium (well, the 2 times we've been anyway!). I mean, who doesn't love steak and chips? (Apart from vegetarians of course)
