Gamvik, just off Avenida Diagonal in Barcelona’s financial district, offers Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine in a modern and inviting atmosphere. Dishes are simply prepared, designed to maximise flavours. The main dining room is modern and welcoming, although there are also private rooms. The wine list is varied and interesting. Typical dishes include duck livers with mandarin; cannelloni stuffed with spinach, raisins and pine-nuts with a Roquefort and black winter truffle béchamel; or carpaccio of cod with a tomato coulis.
