Staff were friendly and helpful. The setting in the older part of the building is very impressive, lots of character and great features. Food was very good. We went for the set menu offer which was very good value and my only slight criticism is that we would have liked the portions to be a bit bigger.

Firstly the venue - tucked off Bishopsgate it is a beautiful converted chapel. Feels special from the moment you step in as the sight and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. We had the 3course menu which is standard with a glass of very tasty fizz. If you want a different pud they tweak the deal to the 2 course option and you pay extra for the pud which was helpful. It has a great wine list and was busy throughout the lunch sitting making for a nice buzz. The food was fantastic - all you’d expect from a Michelin star establishment.

Food were delicious and nicely presented. The deco of the chapel has great atmosphere. I will recommend a Sunday roast if you have lunch on a Sunday.

We had a lovely time; a special meal between friends to both celebrate birthdays and mourn absent friends. The food was perfect, service was delightful; I can do nothing but congratulate the team as this is always our experience at this venue.

I was supposed to be catching up with my friend for a girly chat, she cancelled last minute and I was about to cancel booking but ended up taking my fiancé instead. I’m glad I kept the booking! It was my first time at the venue and I was impressed with set up and service. We used set menu offer and I could honestly say that dish selection was reasonable. We both went for mackerel starter, sea bream main and rice pudding for dessert. My fiancé is not very keen on mackerel but enjoyed this flavoursome, moist fish. Sea bream was cocked to perfection with crispy skin and flesh being moist, lovely presented as well. I wouldn’t normally go for rice pudding option as I don’t see it as a “fancy” dessert, and again I was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful coconut pudding with mango pieces and coconut ice creams - delicious. I’d definitely be back!

Disappointing. Poor set menu choices and tiny portions of bland food. Felt like everything was set up to try to get you to ditch the set menu and order from the a la carte.
