Didn’t really enjoy the experience. The ambience was very cold. At the time of booking I had requested to be seated by a window table if possible. When we arrived at the venue and they took us at our table we found out they gave us a table behind a column where we could not see the view. In the meantime almost all of the window tables were empty!!! We asked to change table and thankfully our request was accommodated. The general atmosphere was very cold there was no music in the background and you could see more staff than people in the room which created an awkward vibe as if you are being watched all the time. Due to the lack of music there were loud noises of plates and cutlery being moved along which was quite unpleasant. Our Bellini was very nice but they only served us a tiny amount. Food was very average. The thing we disliked more was that the dessert options were limited to two. We got both to try them and the panacotta one is the most blunt and uninteresting dessert I have ever tried. Do avoid it! Very disappointing to see such poor variety for the menu. On top of all that the restrooms were closed so if you wanted to go wash your hands you had to go all the way down to the first floor!!! I understand that they are doing refurbishment work (which would be good to know when making the reservation) but they should have an alternative to accommodate customers needs such as providing hot towels/making the women’s toilets accessible to both men and women for the amount of time the other restroom is being restored. Will not be visiting again

Wonderful meal with our friends. Waiter service professional, friendly, engaged Riccardo. Bellini aperatif included, then 3 courses beautifully presented and delicious. Fred Sirieix came round and we chatted like old friends with him. Best meal and visit we have ever had there. We'll be back soon!

Was our last meal in London before heading home to New Zealand. It was amazing and like nothing we have at home. Everything was perfect. All of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Our waiter explained the menu very well. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented. Alterations were made to the types of cheeses to suit what I liked with no problem. The restaurant views were amazing and the restaurant was immaculate. A wonderful night all round

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch time dining experience from the set menu. The fish and crabmeat starter was divine, and both the pollock and lamb mains were great. The meal was full of flavour, but didn't leave us feeling "too full". It was just a shame that it was raining so the views from this 28th floor restaurant were not as clear as they would otherwise have been. The weather definitely spoiled the view!!
