Warm bread and individual butter - very nice touch. Menu was too limited (because it was a special deal?) Little or no vegetables with main course. One of my dining companions had duck and she wasn't asked how she wanted it cooked. The chef is more important than the client? The wine list was very limited unless one was prepared to pay over £100. Staff and view very nice.

Disappointing meal! The mackerel starter was delicious, but very small. The mushroom tart had a delicious flavour but the pastry was soft, even before the waiter poured a cream sauce over it and, again, the size was small for a main course. We could have ordered more vegetables at a further cost but we're glad we had not when we saw the tiny size of the portions taken to other tables! The chocolate cake was good.

    The staff were excellent.

We paid about £40 more than the Bookatable offer for two glasses of wine and service charge. If we had booked directly through the restaurant, the same offer was £5 per head cheaper!!

It was a great experience, we arrived 40 minutes before the expected time and we had the choice of having a drink at the bar or occupying the table already. The place very well decorated; it is busy, but you don't get the sensation of noise. All the staff are very professional, and were very helpful in any queries regarding options, ingredients, drink selection... The food was excellent. If we visit again we will go for the tasting menu.

Overall disappointed and strongly believe the description on the booking system misrepresent what this restaurant gives.

Venue - the seatings in the restaurant do not provide a good view .
The furnitures were tired and not carefully put together where table top was not affixed at all allowing it to flip over.

Service: Ursher clearly all try hard to smile and always lead guests to the same table (ie we asked to be moved after table top was not fixed) clearly no communication between staff. The manager on duty needs to ensure commincation within the restaurant. The table service was impeccable although it may feel less relaxing to be asked frequently on what else to order .It feels rushed until a strand of hair found on main served. Service was good in dealing with this incident. It is evident that staff works very hard and tey their best. However, the sense of stress in them transpire to the diners. The staff evidently demonstrates it is to a standard for fine dining etiquette.

Food : very nice and quality meats. Well presented. The food was warm. Overall food is okay . It should not be marked a one star Michelin at all in comparison to my experience in other Michellin restaurant.

The food and the views were great. The staff were pushy about ordering more and made a sarcastic comment for ordering just two glasses of wine instead of a bottle. Also £6 for an espresso coffee is insane !!!

Very good experience in this restaurant. Nice sight over west London from the 28th floor and the dishes were all excellent. I recommend

The food and ambience were amazing. Just make sure they give you the right menu it took a bit of back and forth before they actually gave us the Bookatable menu.
    Otherwise service was great.
