I loved the look, feel and particularly the smell of the Galvin at the Centurian Club restaurant when we arrived. Their toilets were very nice too. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. The menu was also great. The only areas I feel improvements could be made are with the pricing, the prices were a bit too high for the portion size you received, particularly for the Chateaubriand. I am just greedy, when the food is great, I don't want the experience to be over too quickly! Also my chocolate fondant unfortunately did not have any fondant inside, probably because it had been cooked for too long. Although they did kindly remove this from the bill I would have preferred to have paid for it and had the yummy fondant I was looking forward to. Although I will definitely return, I would be a more regular visitor if the prices were slightly lower and there was a bit more attention to detail to make the food even more amazing.

The food was good but the 'air recirculation system' was blowing cold on our table and could not be turned off which spoiled the dining experience

An excellent meal in pleasant surroundings. The restaurant is very noisy and needs some more sound absorbent material to quite nit down

Beforehand my friends and I had cocktails on the terrace overlooking the golf course, and then had a wonderful meal in the restaurant. Food was very good and we would definitely come back again.

Service & ambiance were good. Wine was very expensive while they skimped in some of the expensive ingredients e.g. Foie gras & ham hock terrine was almost entirely ham!

Starters and mains were good but the desserts that our table had were a little disappointing with one of our party ordering cheese which arrived with 7 grapes of which 5 were brown and not edible!
