We booked at 9pm. We arrived at 8pm. It was perfect because we just waited for 15minutes.

Food was lovely but service was rude and forgetful. We asked for water four times and never got any. Also we booked a table and arrived on time to be told that it doesn't matter you will have to wait 30 minutes by the rudest hostess ever. No organisation whatsoever. You would think they would be used to a busy night. Also the toilets were horrific from a broken seat to a broken hand dryer and broken soap dispenser and broken taps. Only good thing was the food when it eventually came, asked for starters and mains and it came all at once.

The kitchen staff when we came in were exceptionally friendly and really lovely. The waitstaff, however, not so much - as soon as they realised 2 people in our group spoke Italian, they more or less did not speak with the rest of our table of 6 - despite us all knowing they could speak English.I, for example, tried to order a calzone with a tomato sauce instead of a white sauce, the waiter read the item from the menu as if it was the first time he had ever seen it and was like no it's a white pizza. I ended up picking a different pizza. The pizza itself is rather nice, but I would rather have Franco Manca instead - for value to price, quality of the pizza and the service is great there.

Amazing food, huge portions, delicious wine but a bit pricey. For two we paid 100 pounds. But overall experience was worth that price.

Very average sadly only about 50% of the menu was available and staff were encouraging diners to opt for pizza. Childrens menu was far too expensive and portions tiny we refused to pay for my son's meal typical central London fare unfortunately. If you choose pizza you should be OK but not anything else.
