Dined at 6.30pm prior to going to the club - Under The Bridge. Two of us had the Rib-Eye steak - both fantastic quality and taste. 4 had burgers and also enjoyed them. Service was slow and we had to rush towards the end of the meal in order to make the music event in time. Left no time for anyone to have a pudding!

Dinner time was right time to book, for the good food and atmosphere.

[...] We were given menus straightaway & offered drinks however no one came to take our order. We asked the waitress to order but it obviously wasn't her table. 30 min later a waiter came & took our order. The food did then arrive very quick. Couldn't fault the food, we were running the London marathon the next day so didn't want anything fancy. We had the spaghetti with fresh tomatoes and basil. Really enjoyed it. Trying to get the bill took for ever, then we did get it they weren't interested in taking our money so after 15min we left leaving the money on the table & NOT paying the service charge! Food and price of food great but the service needs vastly improving!

A friend and I dined at 7pm on a Wednesday evening. Stepping into the restaurant that is dimly lit feels a little oppressive and given the fact that the rsetaurant was empty did nothing to help the flat atmosphere. That said the service wasn't bad and the food was of average quality and above average quantity. I could imagine the restaurant on a busy Saturday night would be vibrant and fun but on a wet and cold Wednesday evening it was just dull.

The food was extremely average and the staff were lacking in customer service skills and the rude and dismissive attitude of the manager, shows a very poor reflection on the Frankie Dettori brand.
